Leadership Breakfast & Luncheon...

Our Annual Leadership Breakfast is a Council fundraising event.  In 2006 we added a Leadership Luncheon in Spearfish which typically takes place shortly after the Leadership Breakfast in Rapid City. Community leaders are invited to dine, with the understanding that they will hear a stimulating message and make a donation to the Boy Scouts. All donations stay in the Black Hills.
